Returns

If items ordered from our online store do not meet your needs, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date. If you have ordered an item with unique or personalized specifications, it cannot be returned ((c) of point 1 of Artigo 17º Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014).

Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in the original packaging and without signs of use. The merchandise may be exchanged for other desired items or the customer may be refunded the amount paid.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any order received at Lightmobie sent to collect will not be accepted. Returned orders must be sent by registered mail, courier or left at our facilities. If this does not happen, we are not responsible for losses.

After contacting Lightmobie and receiving return instructions, you must send us the item properly packaged, with the original packaging, to our address:
