Lightmobie has one of the most modern bicycle painting facilities in Europe. We have powder coating lines, water-based painting lines and a painting line for carbon parts.
The qualities of our painted parts are tested in Abimota laboratories. This way, we can be sure that our customers will receive the highest quality when it comes to surface treatment.
ASSEMBLY LINE
E-Bike / Conventional Bicycle

Production equality standards are rigorous, allowing us to offer our customers products of excellent quality and technological perfection in the assembly of bicycles, whether electric or conventional.
Lightmobie has 3 automatic bicycle assembly lines with a daily capacity of 550 units.

Our warehouses are divided into a bicycle parts warehouse with an area of4,500m2 and a complete bicycle warehouse with an area of5,000m2.
Our automatic warehouse for parts is essential for the organization and efficiency of parts control.
